<p>Appointments may be scheduled by contacting the office by telephone at (608)782-0140, toll free (800)232-2793. You may also contact us by e-mail (the Contact Us button at the top of the page) or fax (608)785-7610. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your initial visit. If you have an emergency situation, every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible.</p>
<p>We make every attempt to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment. From time to time, referral of emergency patients can cause delays to the schedule. If a significant delay is anticipated, we will attempt to contact you with this information so that you can adjust your schedule. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated, especially by the patient with the emergency.</p>
